THE TURBO SHOP, INC. (T.T.S., Inc.), a California corporation warrants its MasterTune Communications Interface to be free from defects in material and workmanship, only if purchased from an authorized T.T.S. re-seller for 90 days from date of purchase.

T.T.S., Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only (customer) that at the time of delivery and to the afore mentioned time limit, the product will be free from defects or workmanship which substantially affect the Product’s performance. The extent of T.T.S., Inc. liability under this warranty shall be limited to the prompt correction at T.T.S., Inc.’s option, of any defective part which T.T.S., Inc. determines to be defective. This warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of mishandling, dismantling, alterations, mutilation, shipping damage or repair performed by customer or any other third party without prior express written authorization by T.T.S., Inc.
This warranty does not apply to product performance, improper installation, accidents, physical or electrical stress, misuse or any other cause other than the ordinary and intended proper use for which the product was designed. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by any outside influence.

The foregoing is a limited warranty and is the only warranty made by T.T.S., Inc.
T.T.S., Inc. shall have no liability with respect to its obligations under this agreement for consequential, exemplary or incidental damages including, but not limited to, lost profits, labor charges, towing, rental charges, etc. even if it has been advise of the possibility of such damages, regardless of the form of the claim. T.T.S., Inc.’s liability for any damages to customer or any other party shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the customer for such product. This stated express warranty is in lieu of all liabilities or obligations of T.T.S for damages arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use or performance of the product. T.T.S., Inc. reserves the right to determine the course of action in regard to repair and/or replacement.

If this product is believed to be defective, return it to the place of purchase who will ship it to T.T.S., Inc. where, if our inspection confirms that it is defective, T.T.S., Inc. will repair or replace at their own option.

All merchandise returned for warranty consideration, inspection, repair, etc. must have prior authorization by T.T.S., Inc. in the form of an RMA# (Return Material Authorization). The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Merchandise must be sent prepaid and insured with a copy of the original purchase receipt, and the completed RMA form. Depending on the merchandise returned, other packing guidelines may need to be followed.
